Mt. Shasta, California - Day 3

We woke up to a much needed rain in California.  We all had big plans to spend much of the time outdoors.....playing golf, taking a walk, doing a little shopping, but, we had to save it for the afternoon and evening.  The Grandmas and Grandpas (there are two pair) watched our little guy.  (Phil and I are actually a great aunt and uncle.) while the girls did their yoga.  We had a late brunch of scrambled eggs with red pepper and onion, cold salmon and bacon, cinnamon raisin toast and fruit.  It was delicious!
The sun came out and the fellas played golf.....and, either we entertained the baby or the baby entertained us....

Today's Scenes.......

I love the color green!

And blue......

Different pine needles that have been blown into a different needled pine....they were hanging there like someone had placed them individually.

A lovely, lazy afternoon
